  1. Introduction

    Welcome to TIGER Loyalty! Blends & Pearls Ltd provides applications and website features to help you discover deals offered by brands, businesses and or merchants. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TIGER Services, which include the TIGER mobile application, website (www.tigerloyalty.app), and any related features, services, or products offered by Blends & Pearls Ltd ("TIGER").

  2. User Accounts

    You may need a TIGER account to access certain features of the TIGER Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer and smartphone. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

  3. Use of the TIGER Services

    You may use the TIGER Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

    • Interrupt, damage, or disable the TIGER Services.
    • Use the TIGER Services for fraudulent purposes or in connection with a criminal offense.
    • Cause annoyance, inconvenience, or anxiety to other users.
    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
    • Collect or harvest user data for unauthorized purposes.
    • Use the TIGER Services in a manner that could harm TIGER or its reputation.

    The TIGER Services may contain content provided by TIGER, users, and third parties. TIGER does not control or endorse all content and is not responsible for its accuracy, completeness, or legality.

  5. Reviews, Comments, and Other Content

    You may submit reviews, comments, and other content to the TIGER Services. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights to the content you submit and that the content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. You grant TIGER a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, and modify such content.

  6. Intellectual Property

    All content on the TIGER Services, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, is the property of TIGER or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content on the TIGER Services without TIGER's express written permission.

  7. Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE TIGER SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TIGER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TIGER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE TIGER SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE TIGER SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    TIGER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE TIGER SERVICES, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

  9. Termination

    TIGER may terminate your access to the TIGER Services for any reason, at any time, without notice.

  10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be settled through mediation or arbitration as outlined in the full Terms and Conditions document available on the TIGER website or app.

  11. Entire Agreement

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TIGER regarding your use of the TIGER Services.

  12. Modifications to the Terms

    TIGER reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms. Your continued use of the TIGER Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
